AD-HOC UPDATE ON THE COMMUNITY LIST
7th EDITION, shoutout to Bryan and Layne
To be honest, I lowkey stopped looking for new companies. We have a bunch of names already, don’t we? 😏
Apparently not!
So, thanks to Bryan and Layne, we have 21 new leads. We appreciate it guys, you’re helping more people than you know! 🫡
You’ll see I’ve done things a little differently this time: added location and a link to the website. PLEASE NOTE, the links are there for ease of access, it DOES NOT MEAN the company is currently hiring anyone.
I highly suggest you read to the end. It’ll take 2 minutes, there’s something cool I want to show you.
Biggest struggles low time pilots face according to the survey results? lack of information (about minimums, contact…) and lack of tools (application tracking, resume help…)
So let me introduce you our Notion website.
Quick explanation. You can view the list two ways: List or Table (see screenshots below).
![]() List view, for better readability | ![]() Table view, for all the information |
The list basically becomes a website. You can click on the company name for details, when there are any. 👇

For example, I’ve added this comment on Transair.
You too can leave comments below if you want, all you need is a Notion account. It’s free, and you can still access the list without an account.
I’m showing you this because I will be putting the entire list on Notion, with all the information we have gathered so far: location, fleet, contract, pay, email, people to reach out to, website, schedule. I thought it would be useful for you guys to know how to use it:
« The Ultimate Low Time Pilot Job Database. » 🤩
It’s cool because it’s interactive: you can sort results by state, minimums or really anything else. No need to have twenty pages open at the same time anymore, one links to everything else.
This website-style thingie should be more intuitive and practical, plus every update I make will automatically be there too. That’s not all. You can even customize it and add your own sections like “applied to”, “no answer” or “follow up”. Whatever it is, it’ll be up to you.
You will be able to track all your applications in one place.
Okay, this version doesn’t have all of these functionalities yet. I’ll send an email when I’m done migrating the entire list, until then, here’s today’s AD-HOC UPDATE TO THE LIST (link )
Hope it helps. Bryan, Layne, thanks again for your contribution.
Talk soon…
